This includes the following:
Price is the same for bound and unbound fretboards but stainless steel fretwire incurs extra costs.
Nickel-silver frets: £250
Stainless steel frets: £280
Cost of fretwire is not included in the price and will be charged at cost.
Cost of strings is not included and will be charged at cost. You can always provide your own.

Sometimes on bound fretboards, the binding covers the edge of the fret and it's called "nib" (binding nibs).
When removing the fret during a refret, this causes the nibs to open at that location.
We don't replace the nibs. These will be cut flush with the binding and the new fret will be installed after smoothing the area.
This method provides a larger playing surface and eliminates the "string-snagging", common with ageing factory nibs.
If the frets on your guitar are side-loaded (slid-in) we won't be able to do a refret while we are perfecting our technique.
